2 psu's

hi i just got my second 7800 gtx for sli but i want to use another psu just f9or them.now i pluged them in and its ok
but on the other psu the fan isnt moving is that coz its not connected to the motherboard?

use both psu togheter,just plug the green and one black cable in atx connect togheter
and both psu will work like one,or just put a wire joining green and one black cable in atx connector that are not in the motherboard
