Today Intel Japan met with japanies press to tell about Yonah specs. So here they are:
151.6 million transistors;
tech process - 65 nm;
system bus - 667 MHz;
common 2 MB cache for both cores;
package - PGA478 and BGA479;
support SSE3;
EM64T support isn`t available (maybe come in Merom core-future mobile processor);
Napa platform (Centrino 3rd gen with Calistoga chipset, DDR2 667 МГц and new wireless chipset Gaston);
shiping - 2006 Q1.
