Hi friends, after some projects i made ill start making some direct dies units for friends, they will be made with 1/3hp compressors, custom evap/mounting mechanism/enclosure/SS case, chilly's 6 row condensors, braided copper hoses with flared ends(dont know yet if ill cut the flares off and braze the ends). All my piping is being done with a tube bender,i'm loving it hehehe.
For the project i'm waiting some things that are being done and/or on transit, like the chillys condensors and a g-froster lite(i hope and can have then at the end of the week)evap and mounting enclosure from a friend in Brazil, the compressor i'll be getting tomorrow, and the case is ready and ill be getting it tomorrow too.
Ill be using R402a as refrigerant due to high capacity and low boiling point,i hope it works fine, the oil in my compressor is alkybenzene so i hose i dont have any problems with it.
I taked some pictures of the stuff I already did in the middle time, hope u guys like it.
Ill be posting the progress of the project here,so stay tuned ^^.

its recomended that you use alkabenzaline with r402a so no problems there ;) . Looks like your off to a good start.
