This is not the sensor that is in the motherboard but a thermal sensor from my case to the cpu through a wire. Sorry, didn't know where to post this but anyways, i ripped off the sensor part from the wire when i was trying to pull it through while sleeving the wire. So, i soldered another sensor i wasn't using so that i could use this sensor in the case but low and behold i am showing 78 degrees celcius.
I am on water and get ambient temps, fyi. But my motherboard indicates i am at ambient temps but maybe because i soldered another sensor to the case wire. Is it possible its reading wrong because of this. Please help.
