The Problem is that every clock tool wants to make a "Clock-check".
Either Rivatuner or coolbits util in NVidia Driver.

How can i shut off this function to clock the GPU and memory higher??
Is there something i can do???

In rivatuner, go into power user. Under Overclocking option put a 1 under disablecoretest and a 1 underdisable internalmemory test. Don't know if they are exactly spelled that way, or called that, but i think you'll find it.
O and i'd also put a 1 under forceperfleveling(disables throttling):)
