New P4 or Overclock???

Hey guys i was wondering if i should buy a whole new setup or just buy ram and good cooler and overclock. I have a 2.6c and my idle temp is 38c. At load it goes to 66c i dunno why. I was wondering how much can i push this chip on air may a xp-120 with a delta 200cfm fan. I want it under a budget of 200$ for ram and cooler so if any ideas plz tell me :)

Be cheaper to buy a 3.0
because if your going to over clock you need both decent ram, and a really good heat sink and fan.
be cheaper if you just bought a 3.0 and used your ram and stock heat sink

I got mine upto 3.6GHz on air. Your current CPU will work fine for all games and stuff other then benching.

Wut kinda ram should i get and which cooler. Was it hard for u to oc to 3.6ghz and is it stable?? I want good 2x512 ocing ram but for cheap.
