new cascade questions

To be honest, I don't see the point. It should work fine..but why not just make a 3 stage with those three compressors

It may give you marginally lower temps. but not what a three stage would...;

I dunno if its me reading it wrong but I don't think thats right. I'd also add some desuperheaters in before each condensor.

Also looks like right now its a 2 stage using 2 compressors for stage one? Whats the point of that?

I'll use R23 and my Friend Big_Sam has many problems with his R23 cascade...
he use one HX and one condenser after HX he use two big Aspera's .
I can't buy wery big compressor like 1.3kWt... I can use just SC 18 with 2 HX's.....

Yes that system can work,chilly1 has built a system close to that b4,but the same size compressor's does u no real good with that gas,if i was to do that system id do the final stage with a 3/4hp,and the first 2 stages with 1/2hp compressor's and gas with a blend of r290/r402a in each of the 2 first stage cooler's then id use r1150 on the final stage :)

Yes it will work,but i think you should sell one of these sc18g and get a compressor like 1 1/2 hp and make one first stage and 2 independent stages,what do you think?

I think u can beat -100 unloaded with that system not too hard,but something like -75/-80 loaded

How many cap tube i must use for systems in first stage and how many for second stage on R23
What R. will better for 1st stage R507 or R22 , R290.

Just use 2 compressors and make an GPU cooler from the third compressor. Much easier and with less parts that could cause some problems in the long run.

I would put 150-190cm of 0.8mm cap on the first stage and use R507. I might even try with some gas blends if I had such a nice collection of gases.

For second stage I would use about the same length of same captube...

The load on 1st stage in time of tuning 2nd will be variable...
I think maybe i must use hand valve + 50cm of captube?
To tune it for currently load...
cuting and brazing captube ,recutting and rebrazing... it's no good.
