Ok, so my system seems stable and all, it runs superpi and runs dual primes(I do have an issue here too though). Some programs run waaaay too fast. BF2 runs too fast, as well as FireFox, ATITools fuzzy cube, and no telling what else. My prime95 issue is that even if I set the torture test to run large in-place FFTs, it changes back to blend and thats all it will run. Any ideas about what it could be? BTW, Windows reports my CPU as a 3.4 running at 127 MHz! The CPU is under phase and is running at 4.4GHz right now. I would hate to turn it back down to 4GHz, but I want this thing to act normal again!

PS, the BIOS sees the CPU speed correctly, and IE gives me no trouble speed wise... Farcry has the high speed issue too, I just checked. I also clocked the CPU up to 4.5GHz and the issue still exists.
