help! need a mosfet for neo2 plat s939!

I was moding a neo2 and busted a mosfet,i got to get a replacement and these have had thermal epoxy on them,i cant read the model #,any 1 have the model # OR a spare 1 laying around?

that pic is of a later revision board i think..and the fet i pointed to isent it..on the neo2 plat's v reg's look for the 3rd 1 from the bottom of them.that's the 1 i need.Thank's

If it is the one i circled, then it's:

I haven't been able to identify the logo, but it's like a "i" inside an inverted "D".
