When i OC my P4 2,4 to 2950MHz, and play NFSU2, it doesnt run so smooth. I can't push it to 3GHz, becouse bios is all messed up than. Could that be becouse of the voltage. Should i increase it. The max. temp. during the game was 53°C.

Maybe, maybe not. Are you running default voltage at the moment? If so you could increase it a bit (0.05-0.1v).
It seems to run a bit hot, though.

I will and i'll tell you the results.

I heard it can run at 65°C, but i dont know if it is true.

Which core P4 is that? That temperature doesn't look so bad.

doesnt look bad at all, make sure you download throttle watch and dual prime the system to make sure it doesnt throttle. if not, then you are all set.

Sorry for waiting me so long.
It is P4 Northwood 2,4 GHz HT Stepping 9, revision D1; Hope that helps.
I downloaded Throttle Watch. What does it mean, if the system throttle (my first language is not english :( )? TM1 throttling is now on 0% all the time.
Yes, I am using stock cooler and from tomorrow i'll have a 80mm fan on the side of my case, that will blow fresh air in CPU. I think, it'll be much batter.
My video card is ATI (Sapphire) Radeon 9800pro @ 414/362. AA and AF is set to "application controlled" but i don't know, what would be the best. I was never checking it out.

I am very happy, that the temps are not so bad and i'd like to thank you all, for helping me.

It is runing at 3GHz now (FSB 249  ),at 55°C full load and stock voltage but when I set FSB to 250 and icreased voltage for 0.05V it started to beep (pi-pi-pi-pi...), so i just turned off power and reseted bios.
What is wrong with it?
