Need help for 7800GTX SLi (Coolbug in AUS)

I am in Australia, and the temp here is around 5-9C.....
My 7800GTX could not run 3Dmark at all, and 10FPS on CS:S:(
Anyone can help me to solve the coolbug? Thank you so much!

this doesn't sound like a temperature related problem if you ask me.

Give us more info about your config (hardware you have + drivers installed).

That is exactly what the coldbug does. When tempprobe gets bellow 35C the performence drops with like 90%.
