What's up with my nature?

I know, it is compeletly untweaked, dirty win2k, with a small OC, but my 9600XT did 86 fps

is nature that CPU/driver dependant?
if so I have had luck with 4.12 in the past any other suggestions?

Seems like you've either got AA/AF on or are lacking chipset drivers.

My comp keeps blue screening and saying: Driver IrqL not less than or equal, then restarts .
