well im trying all the software we are going to run in the xtreme grand prix and well i downloaded 3d mark 01 and 03 and my scores where well low 22k in 01 and 16k in 03 i tried to use riva tuner but is mmmm quite hard to me to understand because everything is in hex so i cant find how to OC my vid card with the software and how to use LOD and all the trick all of you use.
it is possible to score 30k 01 and 20k 03 with my current setup
i had similar scores with my 6600gt SLi setup, i think 20k and 30k are a little optimistic my friend, i dont use rivatuner so cant help there, but theres other utilities such as nvhardpage etc.... perhaps you could post a few 3d mark links and we'll see what we can tweak, but try the ovious such as tighter mem timings, higher clocks, ricky tweak, running the 01 tests in a 'certain' order (wont say more as i'm in the xtreme GP too ;))
but those scores are pretty much right on for the hardware shown in sig, i think the 2t issue is killing your scores quite a bit, but obviously cant really fix this just hope asus sort it in a bios eventually

you'll probably need an Fx-55. but i think it's highly possible with your setup.

running my cpu @ 2.4 1t 2-2-2-5 the problem is when i pass 240htt the board messed all the things my video cards are running 580 1220 without vmod and with 76.10 trying to find the way to OC my cpu further hope the TT big typhoon and as5 help me a little bit im hopping 2.6 bencheable is too high for a newcastle?
not too high at all, my mate has a 3500 newc @ 2.72ghz box cooled, 24/7 stable, just luck of the draw

jesus really i have to find my newcastle top i dont know what is holding me if the mem or the cpu or maybe is the mobo
try some different multi's on CPU (8, 9 10 etc) some motherboards dont like cetain multi's i've noticed, i cant see the ram being the bottleneck, more likely CPU or mobo

ok ill try that some time when i pass 240htt the mobo starts to use dividers by itself and i dont know how to stop the mobo from doing that
