You can still submit it yourself... There's an option in one of the menus called "Submit saved result" ;)

The ORB doesn't allow results to be submitted at the moment ... they're probably updating something.

Yes... Server seems to be rejecting any submission at this time. In any case I wanted to show you how to submit ;)
