Hi guys. I've been browsing around your site a little, and noticed that most of your DC guys dont have signatures. Ive just spent the last week working on a new stats signature app in PHP which now handles folding and seti, and more as I add on to it. It's skinnable and is SQL based so runs much faster than some real-time stat sigs (and isnt dependant on the colleges being up or down).

Well, I dont know if you're team would be interested, but I figgured I'd offer anyway. I tweaked the program a little to allow you're teams here to work with the signature. Here's an example.

This is a folding sig, just change the xuser= part to whatever your username is, and change the french braces to square brackets to make the code work.

It updates every 6 hours. The rank change(ladder) and wu average update every 24 hours.

Those darn hyphens in the names are really breaking my reg expressions. Might take me a good while to figgure out, sorry hyphen guys ;)

Id be more than happy to get an XS skin going for you guys. If someone makes me a background image (any size, doesnt matter), and then you guys can decide on what information you want to display (you can show all of it like the current big skin, or limit it like one of the little ones).

Hmm...I think I would like to keep a display of liquidninjas.com somewhere on the signature tho so other people interested in the signature can come ask about it.

I was lookin over the image, tracking XF5's WU's and all and noticed that it has user rank in there.
What Im curious about is when I was looking it over, it said 201 of 633. Now, to my knowledge, we have no where NEAR that many folks... heh, about half at the moment.
Now, as posting this, I see in Tweaked! it shows 17 of 629?

I am ranked #2 on the team, Player0 just put processors instead of members which is 300 and some.

Ill look in to that member total. Its read from the website as Number of Processors. I may not understand the exact meaning of that field.

The background can be any size, but you'll want it to be small and clear. MOst of the text except for the LiquidNInjas.com is generated by the program, and is quite customizable.

Well, it depends on what everyone wants :) Ill still fix the rank thing, but I might add the Processors field as another field for people to add to their skins, if they want.

BTW, something I have noticed. Threads that have several of these sigs in the thread causes a thread to open real slow. Watching in the loading, it seems to always slow down on liquidninjas?
Is it due to having to pull the info from your site?

Nice looking banner guys, let me know which one you decide on. Ive just done one for OCF. Re the slowness, the sig is slow because its processing so much. Its doing a lot of SQL calls and stuff, its not just like loading a premade image. LN.com is moving a new much faster server soon, this should help things. Cause of all the SQL integration tho, it'd be extremely difficult to move to another site. Maybe I can work on that at a later date.

On the good news, I fixed many many problems with funky characters in sigs. ALL user names should now work, including MADShrimps. If using character like # or / in your user name, please be sure to 'escape' those out. Such as xuser=%2fjbell. # is %23 btw.

Im still working on the user rank flaw. It's being a bit of a pain.

well, the banner in my sig is standard banner height...

Could be handy for teams to use on their team page as part of the design etc... if so, then it should conform to one of the common size standards... either that or tell me how easy it is to change the size!!

i believe the ladder ranking just shows your relative progress. -1 means you've moved up 1 place in the last 12 hours, +1 would mean you got bumped down by someone else.

Are you guys happy with the colors? The black is a bit hard to read. Maybe if you lessen the contrast on the background image a bit. I can play with it a bit, if youd like. I can use a bolder font. Maybe white would look better.

Theres a problem with the Stanford's stats page for your team right now. Its causing a few problems, but it should be corrected soon on their end.

If your not displaying the XS skin, you need to set that in the url.
