Hello guys, haven't been here in a while; well since first got the fastest P4 award...anyway here is my dilema.
I have a P4GE Motherboard w/ P4 2.4Ghz OC'd > 2.7 Ghz
512 MB DDR 333
Sony DVD/CD RW
60 GB Harddrive
160 GB Harddrive
Windows XP Professional
Now, I have two computers connected to a KMV switch using the same keyboard, mouse and monitor.
I use my 2.7 Ghz computer as a gaming computer, so I only switch to it to play games, the rest of the time it just idles. However, during this time it will crash with the BSOD (Blue screen of death) I noticed that if I leave a game running such as Unreal Tournament, and switch back to the other computer then it will not crash. So I thought that it was something to do with an idle issue in Windows XP, but I disabled everything I think and it still does it no matter what. I even have F@H running in the background that will use 100% of the CPU, and it still crashes unless I leave a game running.
Any suggestions? I can post a screenshot of the BSOD if need be.
Thanks for any advice in advance.
