Results: 3G+ with Athlon M 2600+, and 3000+ 3dMark2005 with ATI 9800Pro *R360*
Can it be achieved using water *it nead to be rock stable*, and what it takes???
I'm a beginner in water cooling and dont know almost nothing about which components are required!
Please advice me!!!

P.S. How much would it cost???

1) I doubt you'll break 3g+ stable with a m2600+
2) Look more into peltiers if you want that
3) 200-300$

3000 with 9800 pro... I do not see you getting that with simply water. 3ghz on a 2600m most likely not. Maybe on phase change... Water doesnt provide HUGE oc increases over air so don't expect to gain like 500 mhz over air.

on a good 2600 maybe.

2500 you'd be lucky for 2700+mhz.

oh high end water i got 2.8ghz oh my 2600m. it was stable at 1.95 volts..

3ghz is POSSIBLe but highly unlikely.

ull be able to voltmod ur vid card and have fun with it that way but i doubt u will be able to get the clocks u want to be able to get 3k. im not sure what exactly it takes for 3 k on a 9800 but i can do just over 4k with my a64 and x700pro (very similar to hte 9800 but i have WAY higher clocks)

30k, not 3k max.

3k in 05 isnt that hard, just mildly better clocks than my 9700pro does.

oh.. 30k in 01... not doable on water... just plain not doable.

I was actully thinkin....why buy a watercooling kit on a XP2600 when u can get a better processor than the XP2600 could ever be for the same amount of money ?

Cooling is a strategic investition!!!
It is something that's going to last much longer then your CPU or GPU...
Since it get ride off you some problems perminently...
You see my point
