I think I had it with the wait for the Granite Bay chipset. Its taking forever to come out but I already have 2 DIMMs ready for it. Now how does a mobo with the i845PE chipset overclock with 2 dimms in 2 ram slots? I know for sure my Abit KR7A-RAID mobo can't overclock §§§§ with 2 dimms in there. So will I be in the same situation or I can overclock with my 2 dimms? If not then I guess I have to continue to wait...

I'm not a hardcore overclocker but i've got my cpu running at 150 fsb fine and 2 sticks of 256 MB Kingmax DDR400 running at 400 they are at 2.7 vdimm 2.5-5-3-3. No issues at all. My mobo is the 4PEA+, excellent board.
The granite is good but I'm not really sure its worth the money at the moment. It definitely is better but I personally find the cost of it hard to justify over the 845PE.
