Limited or No Connection?

installed my new computer
DFI Lanparty Ultra nf4
Mushkin Redline XP3500
AMD 64 3200+ Venice

my internet connection does not seem to working. I keep getting "Limited or No Connection", and "Acquiring network address" over and over again. I installed the Marvell Lan drivers. I also tried a whole bunch of fixes, I even reverted back to XP Home and still nothing..I tried using msconfig and release and renewing but it said it could not reach my DHNS server or something lik ethat.. Someone if anyone had this error or knows how to fix it please help.

I can connect the same connection into my other computer and it works fine...
