I'm thinking of replacing my 256MB (DDR400) RAM with 512 (DDR400). As my funds are a bit limited i thinking of buying a value RAM. But which brand?
I'm in Germany. The brands i can choose from: Infineon, TwinMos and Corsair. Right now i have the Corsair ValueSelect RAM in mind but wanted to ask before i buy. Just in case. You can never be too careful, you know. :p:

Few Things concerning Infineon. Infineon also offers Infineonchip RAM, which looks like OEM (no logo) but has Infineon chips. This lowers the price but is there risk of lower quality? Infineon also sell their RAM under the Aeneon brand as well. Any opinions? In other words: of all those three types of Infineon RAM is there a clear winner or the quality differences are neglegible?

I'm sorry to post this topic here. I didn't see the Memory section. Could a moderator move it to the appropriate section.
