HELP -> Abit AS8 VDIMM mod

i have a few questions abaut the vdimm mod on the AS8.
is it necessary to do the VTT mod?

does the resistor also have to be connected with the red point, marked on the uploaded photo?

i dont think you do, as i think hipro stated that vtt tracking is right on with this board. Read his guide on modding this board.
