How X2 will be???

Is it safe to suppose that AMD X2 will produce twice cans that a normal A64 at the same frequency? (With 2 instance docking of course)

From what i read/heard the AMD x2 chips are running at 2.2 2.4 ghz. Correct me if im wrong. Intel will have to underclock their x2 chips because of heat?
AMD's x2 will use the HT bit to let the x2 run as two cpus on xphome whereas intel although really x2 x2 2 logical 2 physical if they have HT still will have to have xp pro??

X2 will run as two physical CPU's reguardless of the HT bit. All OS's older than WinME support 2 physical processors. The HT bit is just so that AMD can take advantage of programs that were programmed for HT and not multiple physical processors (in other words intel paid the programmers or the programmers were noobs).

Intel's dualcore is two physical processors and two logical (HT) processors. WinXP and Win2K SP2+ dont care for the number of logical processors, just physical ones.

I'am thinking of buying one (A64X2)at the end of the year or begin next year,if the do twich as much as the normal a64 the will do around 260 candies a day,am hoping the do more like 300.

Umm with my custom watercooling setup, Im really hoping 2X 2800 mhz , assuming that my winnie right now at 2700mhz is doing 160-170 can per day, Im waiting not less than 340+ can a day :cool:
