Hi guys !

There is 2 of them :

Zalman VGA RAM Heatsink ZM-RHS 1
and
Vantec Copper Ramsinks CCB-RS8

I got Leadtek 6800GT ,wich of those i should get for best cooling ?

Anyone had any experience with them?

It really shouldn't be a huge concern. You will gain more memory speed by cooling the GPU because thats where the memory controller is located.

However, we are here to maximize our rigs. I have used the vantec's and they are nice and pull heat away fine, but the BGA sinks that have the most copper mass/surface area are these:

Some people claim that the fin design doesn't let air go through easily so it counterbalances the sheer surface area advantage.
Either way you should mainly try to find ramsisnks with the cheapest cost, because I can bet you money that if you did a side by side comparision you would be unable to gain any memclock difference, with all other constants equal.

Essentially, these are less expensive than other types and have more weight and surface area, so they are my choice.

I've been use'n OCZ copper sinks, but I also think those Frozen CPU sinks look pretty good.

If you'd like the fins spaced a bit more a thin putty knife that will slide between the fins can be used to spread them a bit with the sink held in a small vice. I've not tried it, but should work.
