Project CRUNCH is operational. Graphics acceleration sucks. I need to do something about that....

Getting ready to run some benches. I need an IA-64 SANDRA edition...

This is soo cool. A comp that has 13 latency in everest. The lowest I've ever seen is like 32's. R they running stock, cause if so that has to change. Post some pics of the final system.

d2ol performance is not as good as I hoped. It would rock if ported to IA-64. ALU performance on SANDRA is over 30K!

Oohh, well, still a very nice system. Do u have 4 instances running? What does it produce daily?

So what did you do about it hitting the breaker on your power? Pics of this monster?

I only ran one instance for testing. I will post more pics soon. And to answer the question, no this was not designed for crunching...this is actually going to be a massive file/print server and will also run the new SQL Server 2005 64-bit.

lol

image the reply:

"yhea this is just my homeserver. I run WAMP, Windows 2000 and some streaming audio for in my house, thats about it."

....

would be freacking hilarius ....
such a MONSTER rig and running as good as nothing on it :D

BTW I "know" it's a pro server I think because if I remember correctly he's gonna put 8Gig of ram in it and later 16 or something for SQL and such.... or what that someone else?
