Which DDR setting should I loosen first to keep my high bandwidth ?

Hi all

I have 2 x 512 Corsair 3200 C2 XMS 3202 v4.1 sticks.

They do as follows in my A8V Rev 2.0:-

- 200.3mhz
- 2.8v
- Cas 2
- TRCD 2
- TRP 2
- tRRD 2
- TRAS 5
- TRC 11
- TRFC 24
- tWR 3
- Command 1T

At the above settings, anything above 201 and it wont pass Memtest.

So ..... my question is:-

=> to keep as much memory bandwidth as I can, which of the above settings should I loosen first ?

Any idea what kind of ram chips are on there, different kinds need different timings to go high.
