i read a review somewhere which showed that it was pretty average when it came to keeping load temps down, but it will drop from load temps to idle temps within 3 seconds (that suposed to be good, but thats the same as my hyper6)

theinquirer.net did a review on it and they liked it alot. i've been keeping track of this thing too. i want the all copper version, but looks like they're dropping it for all aluminum. site says mid-june when it was originally schedule for early may. hopefully we'll see it show up on froogle next week. i hope it's not too expensive. right now i'm waiting on the zalman cnps9500, this vapochill micro, and aquagate mini(already available). i'm tempted to get the aquagate mini, but i'll wait to see how these 2 perform.

Its released here in uk. Rather cheap indeed. round £25 mark. Thats about $40-$45 i think. Cheaper than good air cooling. An all copper version would be nice :D

i too would like to see a review of this heatsink. there were two camps on this thign. the ones who thought it was the best thing since sliced bread and the others who thought they'd be better cooling their cpu with thermaltake crystal orb

Is it just me or is the way that the heatsink is facing just going to plain suck?
As you can see in my Sig I'm a DFI nF4 Ultra-D, VX user. Alot of us also use OCZ Powerstreams.
The major problem is that this will blow hot air directly at the underside of the powersupply. Where will this hot air go if You don't have a Power supply with bottom fan?
To make matters worse for us DFI nF4 users this will blow hot air over our High voltage ram! The fact this this air will bounce off the bottom of the power supply makes matters worse!
Also the facing of this heatsink makes Active cooling of RAM practically impossible. You be drawing in hot air for the vapochill micro, + you'd probably be blocking air flow From the heatsink, making it less efficient.
Is there any way that this can be mounted so that it can blow air at the cases Exhaust fan? IMHO this would be MUCH better for alot of users!

The vapochill micro can be mounted in a variety of different orientations. The only requirement is that the pipes carrying the refridgerant are facing down so that refridgerant filters back down to the evap
rather silly of them not to include a universal mounting kit if you ask me, but i too am looking forward to this and am thinking of trying one when there actually availiable

MY bad. I realised that the assembly can be pivoted. Thats pretty sweet. Now for a 120mm version. Apparently they cool well but not that well as they are.
