View Full Version : Problem with 1 module of ocz VX 4000

Hi , i´ve got 2x512 ocz VX pc4000 , and now one of the modules don´t run good, i put in single the bad module and i can´t run the pc, i need to run with the good module, and then in HOT put the bad module and restart system...

All the time i have the mems at 260 2-2-2-8 3.3v with an 90x90 mm air cooling..

Same thing happened to me before.... twice! Right now I'm keeping the third pair for benchmarking only and use other rams for everything else.

I haven´t got other pair of mems,... i need to repair this or change .

If you buy a dual channel pack, you gotta send them both back.

you've got one dead stick so you'll need to RMA it....email or call OCZ and those nice folks will take care of ya.

Thx, i go to do it, before i do the mod on the mobo, i put the 4v pin in 3.3v and one "two pin jumper" in the 2 last PINS in the first Row
