hi,
What the best voltage for my Crucials Ballistix ? I think the that are Rams with Microns Chips. And i had read 2,9v is the maximum ,but others said 3,6v is the maximum. What's true ?

dont go over 3v imo... they get very hot and would defo over heat with any more voltage.
in my sn25p they would over heat at 200fsb at 2.7v!

pssshhhtttt.......
i would say 3.3v would be your max you would want to give them for 24/7. micron ICs are very solid and can take a good punishment. as long as you have them actively cooled and they dont get extremely hot you will be fine, micron chips see a large benifet from being cool though.

Okay :) thats is very Good ,also air cooling is not the Problem :toast:

Excuse the German guy ;). the "also" doesnt fit in there :P (np i get a lot of weird errors when posting in english heheh)
also (german) = so (english)
At how many ÂșC are your chips running during stress test?

You wont get much improvement from that increase of voltage.... it might actually go worse.
Check out the Anandtech review / google etc.... they really dont like voltage over 3v

Well this is totally MY OPINION.. :)
If my ram responds to voltage.. I give it what it wants.. hehe.. If I notice it makes me more stable and the sticks dont feel hot when I touch them they get juiced..
Right now im giving my tcc5 3v and have run up to 3.2v into them before .. The only reason I do this is because they respond to it period .. If they gave more errors with more voltage obviously I woundnt give it to them.. I also have 2x 80mm fans cooling my ram..
edit..
I know you dont have tcc5, but this is the way I treat any ram..

I had read in a Data sheet :fact: the maximum Voltage is 2,9V. But i know +10% over the maximum voltage , is not danger...
2,9V+10%= 3,19V real maximum Voltage
Its true ?

can go 3.5 on uber bench mode with active cooling i've heard...
other than that..3 volts 24/7 is as far as you want to go wiithout any "risk"
not sure how how with active cooling...though..probably good to cool it anyway...

the sweet spot for my ballistix is 3.1-3.2 vdimm. I run them with 3.1 for 24/7 but i have changed the heatsinks and they are cooled by 12cm fan so they dont get even warm. They get warm only when i run memtest
