Only manage to get 80% using stock voltage and hsf on air. Will try to mod the adapter and change the hsf to get 100% overclock :)

Please post the highest percentage of your overclocking results here.

Thank's !

Quite a few members have doubled the CPU speed.

I have come close.

I know Macci has reached the mark.

P IV 1.6a's used to do it. guess dothans too. Also 1700+ and 1800+ AXP's with DLT3C core. Maybe try searching the forums on these ones :)

Heh

The 1.6A was a classic chip - only got mine to just over 3GHz though - not quite doubled

My mate (More than) doubled his XP1700, stock=1466. He hit 3.0Ghz (But soldered his RAM into the socket in the process, but managed to grab a screenie).

I've not got too close, but wait until this hot weather goes away... 2932 watch out!

The LV Xeon 1.6 Chips sometimes get a 100% OC on air, and thats in dualie!

69% on air (Air cooled TEC) with the system in my sig, memory running @ 168FSB 2-2-2 7/9 (Might do 5/7 with a volt mod).

I got it to POST @ 172FSB:
http://members.chello.nl/~a.bax1/PCStuff/POST172MHz.jpg

When I get my new system I'm probably gonna do some mods and see if I can bench @ 170FSB+ (Hopefully breaking 12K in 3DMark01 and become #3 of all P3 Celerons  ).

my old amd k6-2 200mhz was able zu run stable with 400mhz.
cooling was a waterchiller.
on air it goes only to 366mhz.

Maybe I should give it a one more try to make it to 100% OC ;) 25Mhz is too little to live with.

some screenshot stable 100%+ overclocks I've got (most of the pics are gone cos my old solidhardware.com site is down):

Celeron 366 @ 735 water+pelt
Celeron 566 @ 1133 water+pelt
Duron 600 @ 1266 (pifast/superpi 1234) water+pelt
Duron 650 @ 1350 (i think I got some tests at above 1.3G) LN2
TB 1GHz @ 2170 (pifast at 2016) LN2
NW 1.8 @ 3600 (only post) LN2
NW 1.6 @ 3560MHz (superpi/pifast 3470MHz) R404

get some 1.6LV Xeons and youll get a 100% OC most everytime.

Hmm, i'm not so much interested in the 100% part, but you're using a Celeron-M (Dothan core with 1mb)...that still does very well.

What video card are you using?

Also can you publish your 3dmark01 scores on futuremark so we can have a look at the details??

Congrats on the overclock btw, thinking of investing into one of those if my DFI+SD3700+ keep giving me as much trouble as they are..

I have gotten a pair of 1.6LV Xeons to about 115% OC.

They usually have to be D1 steppings, as far as I know.

click on the "505" in my signature.

105% overclock with a LGA775 Prescott 505.
I have also gone well past 3 ghz with a Xp1700 about 3 years ago, but thats so old that I have almost no proof of it anymore, other then a lone 2.9 ghz shot, that was no where near the tops that CPU did :(

lesson learned however.
now my good stuff, gets saved to CDR.
it may get old, but each shot has a story for me ;)

I've gotten a bunch of 486 dx2-33s to 66Hz. 100% isnt that hard to achieve with old hardware. The new hardware is where its hard to achieve. Old celerons and old durons and so forth will reach a 100% OC without a whole lot of trouble.

I've got here 4 celeron 300A's that do 600MHz @ default voltage :) 100% is TOO easy with these. How about 660MHz (+120%) on air? ;)

Edit: or +142% (http://netti.nic.fi/~hege/PiFast43/4Viili4.gif) with TEC & liquid? :D (note, stable enough to calculate PI)

I coulded only 2x256MB Micron Ram(PC2100) overclocked to 220FSB 2,5-2-2-5 @3V. I know only 1700+/1800+ Tbred B ,can overclocked to the double speed....

my axp 2000+ came throu 3dmark01 with 212*12.5 @ 2.05v
I cant even post at 213*12.5 or even 213*11.
This was on WC cpu temp. ca. 35 so im sure i could hit 3325 with a new mobo and cascade or maybe single stage.
