Cell phone Telemarketing DO NOT CALL list

just got this email:
In a few weeks cell phone numbers will be released for those "wonderful" telemarketers to call. Here is a Do Not Call List number that you can register your phone on and it stays active on the list for 5 years! I believe you can use it for your home phones too.
It is 888-382-1222

In the United States it is a law now that if you enter on a "no spam" list it is illegal to spam you.

Also, since a lot of telemarketers in Canada, work for American companies, the "do not call list" thing works here too!

in the UK it's usually someone from a call centre in india or some other 3rd world country that calls, so i've looked up some handy foreign insults on swearmonger to see them off, works a treat :)
