a couple questions. 1) did u use uGuru to OC? 2)why not the neat m/sec pi version? and 3)dont mean to rain on the parade, but i thought a 3.6 or something Ghz Dothan got 19 or 20.xxx seconds in the msec pi? and the m/sec pi is a little sslower than regular version. or is it the record for the 3 minutes 59 seconds....

1) i use OCguru to OC 2) i use Muropi becuase in Finland we use it, only with that you can get your results to ranking, and then i use original Superpi and Patched too. 3) i dont know that, because i hear 1.4 superpi yesterday

You can't break any WR's with the patched version, and furthermore the new superpi with decimals can't be patched.

That would be the first real extensive post-6G-action, right?

I love the fact that some people go in other directions than the usual trend of DFI NF4 SLI-DR, FX55 - all the stuff that so many benchers have..

... Next move would be 670? ;)

If he can run 32M SuperPI through at 6130MHz, there must be atleast 100MHz - 200MHz SuperPI 8M stable frequenzy left ;)
Unless he is motherboard limited.

I assume that ~3:50 has already been done. ;)

Nah... not that much. If 6130Mhz was ABSOLUTE cpu/mem max for 32M run, then he could be atleast able to do 1M @ 6200Mhz. No way there's such a great difference between 32M and 8M.
But then again, that's assuming that he totally maxed out cpu and mems at 6130Mhz.

Nice job again. If your NB was under air only, then that means u almost definitely have some room left. If you water-cool/DI your NB, you will be able to make your comp a little more stable @ higher speeds. Maybe u can have 330fsb.

Not SPI, but D2OL. A 6ghz chip would probably produce something like 400 cands a day .Not sure, just making a figure. A 5ft tall LN2 container filled would last through the night.
