I ran a no-CD app for a game I have, and know I can't get the app to delete off my desktop.
It give me this:

I've tried to shut down programs and even went in to safe-mode to try and delete but it just gives me the same message.
It's a DOS program and I can't see it doing any harm thats viewable. I ran it on the desktop but accident(NFO file said to run it in game file) and now it just there. But I'd like to delete it.
Any help?
