Hi
I know thats a old board but I´m searching for a vcore mod for it.
http://www.dfi.com.tw/Product/xx_product_spec_details_r_de.jsp?PRODUCT_ID=1200&CATEGORY_TYPE=MB&SITE=DE
^^ theres the board.
Can someone help me?
I want a celeron 700mhz 66fsb 10,5 multi with 1,7V @ 1050mhz 100fsb but I´m shure i must step-up the voltage.

Hi,
On the chip stands Unisam US 3004CW 0045

I think that chip is an IRU3004. It has 3 voltage regulators on the chip, and the 3rd regulator will probably be used for the Vcore regulator. One of the other voltage regulators on the chip might be being used for the northbridge voltage supply, so it might be possible to mod that as well.
For the Vcore mod, can you check the resistance between pin 14 and ground please (as marked on the picture)

When I´m right the resistance is about 230 Ohm .
On which pin could be the northbridge voltage supply?
I found this http://www.revistapcecia.com.br/downloads/datasheets/3004new.pdf
about the chip. Maybe it helps you.

For the Vcore mod, connect a 10k variable resistor between pin 14 (feedback 3) and ground. If the pin is too small to solder to easily, you will need to find an alternative point connected to pin 14 by probing around with a multimeter.
The northbridge voltage (vdd) will probably be controlled by either pin 3 (feedback 1) or pin 4 (feedback 2).
It looks like there are 2 MOSFETs close to the voltage regulator, one of which is probably used for the Vdd regulator. If you can find a voltage at one of the pins on the MOSFET which is at the expected Vdd voltage, (should be about 1.5-2.5v IMO) check the resistance between the Vdd read point and pins 3 and 4. The pin with the lower resistance to the Vdd point will probably be the correct mod point.
