Memtest Errors Galore

Ok, so you can see my system in my sig.

Booted up, flashed bios with the newest on DFI's website. Running memtest+ for about an hour and I only have 1 pass.

what the dilly yo...lol
i got both OCZ Gold VX in the orange slots. I guess I can try out the yellow ones and see how that goes.

what voltage and timings?

everything is stock...I havent changed anything yet.

up the voltage to 3.1V
memtests says my settings are
RAM: 200MHZ (DDR401) / CAS: 2.5-3-3-7 / Dual Channel (128bits)

changed the timings to 2-2-2-8 and voltage to 3.2V still errors galore
