Nvidia cold throttling

I'm on the verg of completing my fist "chilled" computer :D and I understand that some 6800's have a cold bug. It reads the temp. incorrect and throttles the card back. I would guess there would be a bios to fix the problem? I would like to remedy the situation before it happens if possible. :)

I have a BFG 6800 ultra, with a leadtech bios 1.5v volt mod.
