Is there a difference for videocards for watercooling and using the silencer?

performance (ex. how much more of an overclock) and cooling wise.

Thanks

for sure there are different between water and air.
If u are using Sliencer, the lowest temp will not lower than ur ambient.
If your case doesn't have good air flow, it gonna be hot.
Watercooling can give u a very nice stable temp for the cooling.
For ur current 9800pro... it's hot(temp) cuz i'm using one also.

so the silencer would be just as good if i had a good air flow in my case?

what about the performace difference?
