Xtreme Cold Bug? X300SE cant run on stock cooling or better?

WTF...

my Abit X300SE just ran 3dmark for the first time... every time i ran it... it errored automatically... even on stock cooling... and well i put on my MCW50+T thinking that it needs to be cooled... what the hell right... well i checked it to see how cold it was running... and it was scortching hot... and playing 3dmark just fine...

i put the waterblock on all the way... and it failed...

so i took the stock cooler off of a sapphire 9600XT here... the little round one... no fan... and slaped it on... and it just finished 3dmark with the GPU scortching hot...

WTF!

does this card just not like... umm stock cooling or anything better... this just confirms that the X300 sucks... way beyond any of our expectaions...

possibly it is a driver or temp probe problem i would try some omega driver or something

also maybe some component around the core dont like to get even cool or something hehe that is weird

nature artifacted like all hell... that core is mighty hot running passive with this tiny little cooler... but what the hell it's actually stable...

going to have to try omegas... this is just wierd....
