Great review OPP :) We need to do alot more in house reviews setup like this. We always do point out alot of cons with other reviewers. Having our own reviews would definitely eliminate that. Other reviews mainly compare framerate in FPS, where as we care more about the overclocking and the stability aspect :D

I wonder what BIOS and drive/data strength he use to achieve 277!

Hmm, the max my pc4000 redline will pass '01 @ 3.66v is 265. My pc3200VX will pass '01 @ 270 with 3.66v. Just some food for thought. This is on a k8n neo2 & San Diego.

BTW, excellent review OPP. These are the kind of reviews we need to see.

I don't know why they aren't showing up for you...

Great review OPP We need to do alot more in house reviews setup like this.

we are definatly working on that.
we have quite a few more reviews you can expect from XS in the next few weeks. theres alot going on behind the scenes to get XS back up and running like a full on website, with news, reviews, and the usual forums stuff :D

neither 510 nor 414 as the maximum data strength for those bioses is 3 instead of 4.

Forget all the bios settings and hardware, just let me know where I can pick up that fan! Can't find it on the NewEgg site. ;)

Pics seem to be back up now. Thanks for giving us just the down and dirty details on the Redline. Mushkin seemed to have come up with a winning binning process, giving them a slightly better chance of getting a higher OC than the VX.

Nice results you got there OPP.

Its real good to see that XS are starting up the reviews again, good work behind the sceens guys :toast:

We now see some part of OPP's 24/7 rig. Is that in a PC-75? Tripple 120mm rad?

very good. But I think not all the XP4000 sticks can hit that barrier tho.

even average of 260~265 is still awesome, they're just as good if not better than the OCZ VX and good ol' BH5 :D
