I put a system together for a relative and this shows up?

Memory test screen. (http://xs.to/xs.php?h=xs31&d=05222&f=IMG_1371.JPG)

This was suppose to be a venice? Out of the box 260 x 10 @ 1.45v stable.

All I remember is that it was an 0512 ?p?w.

Thats not a venice according to memtest. Im not understanding what you are asking here. It's a newcastle, or cache crippled clawhammer.

It was a new boxed venice cpu from newegg, purchased 2 weeks ago.

Maybe memtest error?

Maybe a crippled claw, just thought the 3500's were the only ones to receive it.

What do you want us to tell you?

Yes, it's a venice.
Memtest can't ID venice, that's why it says it's .13 when it should say .09.
As far as I know there is no way to decipher your stepping from the information you've given us.
