On the subject of BIOS modifying, are there any guides on it? If so, can someone show me any links, or give basic ideas of how BIOS modding goes?

I was hoping to find a way of modifying the BIOS of a laptop mobo. It'd be interesting to find out if modifying the BIOS of a laptop mobo can give way to control over the overclocks.
