Each tec has a MeanWelll SP-320 (four)...(one tec has a ZetaGI), and has a OC 3000 for cooling and 200 L of Ethilene-Glicole (at -15°C)

thats some insane pelt action, doubt its practical for cost, perfomance and maintenence compared to phase.

My god, I don't even know which part of that overclock is the most impressive, the fact that it was done without phase change or just the insanity of those speeds..a 1.5 gig OC...not something you see every day...
this is insane, both overclock and even more the cooling hardware

OH MY F'N GOD :slobber:
Now THAT is XTREME. Very nice work.
very nice! i like your cooling :toast:

The temp are under the Cube....so Cpu is at -46°/-38°
PT-100 are expensive in fact but it's also good for LN2..
HOw Do you cool all of that water, I don't see any radiators, chilling water

Oh my God....
Jesus man, thats the most insane Pelt thing I have ever seen.
I have seen lots of pelt things that were pretty crazy, but nothing that ever produced any substantial results, but that there is both functional, and impressive.
just crazy ;)

wow, thats insane. I'm sure if u used LN2, u could get the record for highest A-XP clock. I think the highest is like 3.6 or 3.7. It would be great if u could get it that fast.

what paste did u use inbetween the pelt and the block?? It looks like some white thermal grease stuff. Maybe AS5 would have lowered temps even lower.
Sesto Sento
06-01-2005, 02:50 PM
maybe artic silver ceramique... for me it's even better than as5

06-01-2005, 04:17 PM
Now this is XTREME! Really nice work! Those pelts are nothing short of hillarious, though in the best of ways.
I must congratualte you on both the method and result, but you already know that :) It's like a hot girl, they always know they're hot even if you don't tell them.
Just from the time neccessary for the setting up tells you that you are insane :D

most likely artic ceramique, cheaper, not conductive, and needs less break in.

great carlo, really impressive!
luna and you have done a very good work, great result
obvius that using an evaporation system it would have been easier, but the satisfaction is the construction of this infernal machine, with the right construction cost.

Hey solvet, nice tool u have over there, 5 220W TEC's :toast:
Nice OC to.
But got some questions here.
Any pics of the waterblocks inside?
And what kind of compressor has your chiller?
What are the temps on full load? Idle?
And that -67°, thats when the TEC's are just powered up, right?
I can not imagine the water is not heating up by this huge amount of heat.
DeltZ
06-05-2005, 08:14 AM
lmao...that's style to the xtreme...who needs to go phase change when you can afford the electricity bill for 5 pelts :/.....
lets gets some 10,000 Watt TECS and put them under LN2 eh?

Stack them and you will have an X-stage TEC cascade
You will probably need a lower watt tec on the first stage though than on the second stage. Also the waterblock would need more surface area.
Anyway, xtreme overclock man !!!
