Are A64 or Nf2 tweaker -settings final or volatile?

Well I'm wondering, if I do something wrong in NF2 tweaker, and my comp starts flashing about, can I just reset it and all goes back to normal, or are we talking Boned for Eternity here? :)

Reboot = settings lost..... unless you use the feature of A64 tweaker to reapply the settings when Windows restarts (not the BIOS).
