Is there any bios mods for Asus p4p800 to allow higher vmems without modding the board.

2.8v is as high as the bios will take it afaik. :)

2.85V is hardware, not software limitation.

The vdimm mod on this board is very easy, the VTT tracks perfectly as well.

Ive never done a vmod in my life. I am scared to burn the board. Ive got a variable resister, and a single smb grabber. Can I use these to do the mod.
