Hello there fellows,

I seem to have a problem here putting my VX above 245MHz on my San Diego 3700+ and DFI NF4 with 180 divider....

At 1:1 I can reach at least 265MHz...but with the divider it's a no go...

I need some hints on the timmings I should have or anything else that can let me push the mems to the limit.

The cpu is still loose, there's plenty of headroom to overclok.

The bios I'm using is 510-2 with the mems on the orange slots because on the yellow ones it's even worse.
PSU is a Powerstream 520W

The system is Prommy cooled.

These are my current settings. I've lready try to play around them...no luck yet.
I guess it could be the tref value...

Hey, dude. I've been spending ALL DAY messing with my OCZ VX 4000 that I just received in the mail yesterday. So far I've noticed a few things (remember, it may be VERY different in your scenario). tRef of 14 or less causes errors, cycle time of 3072 worked best for me, but 3120 was good also. DRAM strength of 7 so far does the best, but 6 was also good. Also, raise your 16clk to 256... tweak that afterwards. Another thing... try raising tRAS from 6 to 8. That will also help possibly.

I presume that you are also trying with the divider @ 180

I've been trying all possible combinations...and the tighter the timmings, the best the reasults are...
For example, CL1,5 is better than CL2, and Tras 0 is better than Tras 6 or 7
The best Tref for me is 1552, but 3120 is also not bad...

This is the crasiest system I ever had from the last 6 months...

Doesnt do anything, I have tried auto settings and every tweak I can think of. I also just tried some older BIOS, 0217, 0218, still no 9/10 or 5/6..
