In USA everything seems possible. When I go to University there I should sue Microsoft for not doing anything about the mosquitos flying into my room :stick:
If Yahoo were contacted by a seemingly random person then they had no reason to remove the images (provided they were not in violation with Yahoo's hosting rules etc.). If you were the average worker at Yahoo working phones/email reply centres 24/7, would you pay much attention to a woman claiming that her former boyfriend posted naked images of her? I think not...

well she can sue them, i see good promise in that. im sure she contacted yahoo to remove them, and they didnt in a timely fashion, so she dropped a lawsuit.
Yahoo can infact turn around and sue the guy too im sure.

Well that's supposed to be what the courts do. As for their efficency at doing it, and how imho laywers have drawn out the legal process to incredible lengths in order to make more money, I'm not so sure.

The problem is that way too many people are actually winning their suits, so now people are seeing it as easy cash... if more and more people started losing then either 75% of the us will become instantly poor or there will be a "balance in the force once again"

There's a lesson to be learned here:
Never let people take naked pics of you. If they are always going to be your partner then they can always see you naked, if they arent going to always be your partner then you shouldnt give them pics of this happens.
