this seems to be the chip i was talking about when i mentioned a 2ghz 90nm low power, high-ish ipc cpu from via in the via-in-s479 thread a while back.
apparently, its not even using a socket, just straight soldering to the board. but i wonder, what video card was that cpu running and what was that p-m running to get those 3dmark graphs. if a 1.5ghz p-m uses 27w, and the via uses 20, i'd say the chips are about the same speed in 3dmark01, just the via runs cooler. it would be interesting to play with one of these
