Hi to all,
Has anyone an information about the chips used in the Geil Golden Dragon sticks. I know only that they are Samsung chips with CSP package.
If somebody can help.

Thanks in advance.

hehehe....i had them running on my heavily modded Asus A7N8X Deluxe Rev 2.0 up to 231 @2-3-3-6 on 2500 Barton, those stuff sucks compared to the BH5, mine came with the fancy package and those memory chips looks out of this world :D :D

If 2-3-2-11@260 2.9v is bad ok :) Even the BH-5 can't do it at this voltage. On my Infinity NF2 it is the limit for this ram.
And I suppose CSP package is the future way of doing chips.
