I've tried to see max OC abilities of my Geil Ultra X and getting strange results in Memtest86 v1.55 246 Mhz ,2-2-2-5, 3.3VDimm Memtest86 is error free-increasing frequency to 248Mhz at same VDimm cause test#5 errors on one of the modules then after increasing VDimm to 3.4v test#5 errors dissappeared but getting test #2 errors on second module. Is that means each module reacts different of voltage and can i to ask RMA from manufacturer?

Its pc3200 ram. Specs are for 200mhz so I don't see how to justify an rma. But thats up to you. :nono:
play a bit with the slots.
try them in the yellow and orange slots..
not all slots like volts!

But to work error free at DDR400 the modules needs at least 2.8v and there is boards which not support such voltage :woot:
