Need help with R290-single stage :(

I have some problems with my ultracheap phase-change setup. :mad:

Compressor : XGrV 1,75-U2, R22, 870W, approx 2 m3/h.
Condensor : BK1800 original, 20m 10mm tube.
Evaporator : for testing BK1800 original 15m 10mm, for future Direct Die Evap.
Capillar : 10m of 0.8mm
Filter : BK1800 original
Charge : R290
I need temperature below -30 C on load with 200W power (A64 3.2GHz 1.9V)

Vacuuming :

Compressor 2 : Tropicana Kelvinator 260W Elec.power, 1/6 hp.

Connecting Compressor 2 to Compressor 1 and turning on for a 15 min.

Result pressure in low-pressure side = 0.5 bar
Temps on condensor and evap = room temp.

Charging :

Power on main Compressor. Connecting gas tank to suction line.
Opening gas valve. Wait for 30-40 sec, Temp of suction line from charging
shredder to compressor drops to -5 C (speed = 1-2 C for a 5-8sec)
Pressure on suction line growing to 1-1.5 bar. :(
T suction line = -10, T evaporator = room temp (+25C)
Continuing charge = T suction line become to grow, up to +18 C
Temp of compressor grow to +55 for a 5min of charge. :eek:
Temp of suction line grows up to +35 C.
System turned off. 2min wait - suction line pressure = 5 bar


Continue.

Wait for 60 min.
T compressor = +45, T evap = T condensor = +27.
Pressure = 5 bar.
Turn on, Pressure of suct. line = 1.5 bar stable.
Connecting tank to suct.shredder, filling up.
T first tube in condensor grow fast up to +40 C.
All others tubes = no change. :confused:
T evap = no change. :stick:
Pressure = 1.5 bar
Charging 5 mins.
No changes.
Turn off.
Evaporating noise in the compressor for a 3-5 sec.
Pressure on suct. line = 5.2 bar.

? My mistakes?
Why gas is not condensing and not evaporating in evaporator?

I don't understand russian but your not going to get -30 with a evaporator that big, it also appears the condensor is upside down? if so all your refrigerant is trapped there

you have added too much gas, hour tried to remove of a po to the time and to see if the temperatures scendono.vi I send back to the link and tool in order to control the pressures
