T-junction thermal monitor temp conversion (Aopen 915GMm-HFS)

Hi, couple of questions:

1. Does anyone know how to convert a T-junction temperature into a normal cpu temperature?

2. Is there any software that will read both the T-junction temperature and the normal thermal diode temperature on a Pentium M?

FYI my 1.85Ghz 533mhz chip runs 50'c using the aopen heatsink (T-junction)
